1. What Plan You Event does
Plan You Event is a discovery and planning platform for events in Ranchi. We help you find vendors, send enquiries, make bookings, get planning callbacks and use free planning tools. Final event services are provided by the independent vendors you choose.
2. Enquiries
Enquiries are free. When you send an enquiry, your name, phone number and event details are shared with that vendor so they can respond (usually within 24 hours). Please share accurate details so vendors can quote correctly.
3. Bookings & payments
- A booking is confirmed after you pay the advance shown at checkout (typically 20% of the package total).
- Every confirmed booking gets a reference ID and appears in My Bookings.
- The balance amount is paid directly to the vendor as agreed with them.
- Prices shown are vendor-provided; package upgrades (e.g. Premium/Luxury) and per-plate catering are calculated at checkout before you pay.
4. Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel a booking from the My Bookings page. Whether the advance is refunded — fully, partly, or as credit — depends on the vendor's policy and how close the event date is. Please confirm cancellation terms with the vendor before booking.
5. Vendor listings & reviews
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings (prices, photos, availability, contact details). Reviews are posted by customers; please keep them honest and based on real experience. We may remove listings or reviews that are fake, abusive or misleading.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform — no spam enquiries, fake bookings, fake reviews, or attempts to disrupt the site. Accounts or listings that violate this may be suspended.
7. Liability
We work to keep information accurate, but vendor services are fulfilled by vendors, not by Plan You Event. To the extent permitted by law, Plan You Event is not liable for vendor no-shows, quality disputes or event-day issues — though we will help you reach the vendor and resolve enquiries raised through the platform.
8. Changes & contact
